Published human pharmacokinetic study
In a published human pharmacokinetic study (British Journal of Nutrition, 2026; PubMed ID 41559937; CTRI/2024/12/078004), 12 healthy adults took a single 1 g oral dose of either LipoDuo® Glutathione or plain glutathione (6 per group). LipoDuo® Glutathione reached a mean peak plasma level (Cmax) about 6 times higher than plain glutathione (about 1,800 vs 300 ng/mL), and plasma levels stayed above 500 ng/mL at 24 hours. The study measured plasma glutathione levels. It did not assess health outcomes.
